Insights is the aggregate view over everything you have evaluated: how quality is moving, where it is worst, and which slice of your traffic is responsible for it.

In the video: the headline strip - overall score, evaluations run, what needs attention and the biggest regression against the prior period - then score trends per criterion, grouping by tag to compare agents or customers side by side, and filtering down to the individual traces behind any number on the page.
